It’s all ChatGTP this and Chat GTP that recently… have you noticed?
A plethora of articles, and a lot of emotive language, ranging from the ‘Greatest tool since the bread slicer’ to ‘Spawn of the AI Devil’.
As I’m usually a ‘little late to the party’ to these sorts of social media events, I thought I’d better investigate and find out what it actually was, following seeing an article about making your website visible to Chat bots (apparently its all down to good old-fashioned content so it can’t be that bad?).
As a little test, I asked ‘Chat about my novel – Price: World.

Fast‑paced: Scenes shift quickly from country lanes in England to hints of international threat.
High‑stakes thriller: Science fiction meets geopolitical drama—as the undisclosed energy source could redraw the maps of global power.
Character‑driven: Early chapters are rooted in human responses—Adam’s caution, his friend’s support, the journalist’s curiosity, and the tycoon’s ruthlessness.
Conclusion, I’m mightily chuffed that AI describes my debut novel as “Fast-paced”, “Character Driven” and a “High-stakes thriller”. (all quite true!).
